Fix sxwm.desktop: remove deprecated fields and improve spec compliance
- Removed deprecated 'Encoding' field
- Changed 'Type=XSession' to 'Type=Application'
- Added 'TryExec=sxwm' to ensure the session appears only if sxwm is available
