Fix(spawn): support multiple piped commands
- Rewrote spawn to handle arbitrary pipelines (e.g., cmd1 | cmd2 | cmd3).
- Dynamically parses and segments commands around pipe tokens.
- Manages multiple pipes and forks with proper resource cleanup.
